Quicktime delivers consistently better quality and higher reliability than either Realplayer or Windows Media Player. If you don't have it, try it for yourself for FREE. It take only a few minutes to download the free player from the Apple website. There are free players and the latest updates for both Mac and PC machines.

I have checked this site on Internet Explorer, Netscape, and AOL on both IBM and Macintosh machines, and with various chipsets. As always, Netscapes and AOL performance is never as good as Explorer, but you should find no errors. If you encounter a problem, PLEASE contact me so I can correct it!

Very rarely, on certain types of systems, I have seen the side button panel not load correctly. If you get this then just hit 'Home' to reload the site and the problem should go away.

To get Internet Explorer (even if you are an AOL user) go here and choose Internet Exlorer from the dropdown list. Explorer downloads information much faster and is a lot less prone to errors than Netscape on both Apple and IBM platforms.
